POSITION:SALES MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect orders from the existing and prospective customers through relations based approach.
- Establish personal contacts by making phone calls /visit and secure new business accounts/customers.
- Monitoring business activities and furnishing management with oral and written reports to customers need,problems,interests and competitions activities.
- Communicate and advise resolutions to customer’s problems and complaints.
- Archive targets assigned by management
- Suggest new products to improve the market
- Promote,negotiate,and deliver products.
- Make in personal visits and presentations to existing an prospective agro dealer and commercial farms.
- Controlling aging and collection from your areas.
- Following up debt collection on weekly basis and offer action plans for debt collection.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor along chain of command.
Essential
- Degree in agriculture ,agronomy ,horticulture.
- Experience in agriculture sales and marketing more than 2 year will be highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation,interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strategic business relationships
- Demonstrated cultural respect and understanding of issues facing culturally diverse communities.
